1. Digital Marketing Services

Our services include Google Ads management, SEO, Shopify development, social media marketing, brand management, digital strategy, and graphic design.

Refund eligibility depends on the agreed scope of work, the project stage, and any written agreement between the client and Azhar Rasool.

Once work has started, payments may be non-refundable to the extent that services have already been performed, resources have been allocated, or project costs have been incurred.

2. Consultations

Free consultations are provided without charge and are not eligible for refunds.

If paid consultations are introduced, any applicable cancellation, rescheduling, or refund conditions will be communicated before payment.

3. Project Deposits and Advance Payments

Deposits and advance payments may be required to begin a project or reserve resources.

Refund eligibility for these payments will depend on the written agreement, work already completed, and costs incurred. Any non-refundable deposit or fee will be clearly communicated before payment.

4. Monthly Services and Subscriptions

For recurring services, including monthly digital marketing management, clients should provide cancellation notice according to the terms agreed upon when the service begins.

Payments for services already delivered or for a billing period already started are generally non-refundable, except where required by applicable law or agreed otherwise in writing.

Cancellation of a service does not automatically entitle the client to a refund for previous payments.

5. Advertising Budgets and Third-Party Costs

Advertising budgets paid directly to platforms such as Google or Meta are subject to the respective platform's policies.

Payments made to third-party providers, including software subscriptions, apps, hosting providers, domains, and other external services, are governed by those providers' refund policies. We cannot guarantee refunds from third parties.

6. Shopify Development and Digital Deliverables

For Shopify development, graphic design, and other project-based services, refund eligibility depends on the work completed and the terms agreed upon before the project begins.

Completed work, delivered files, approved milestones, and costs already incurred may not be refundable, subject to applicable law and the written agreement.

7. Service Issues and Disputes

If you believe a service has not been delivered according to the agreed scope, please contact us with your project details and a description of the issue. We will review the matter and work with you toward a reasonable resolution.

Digital marketing results, including advertising performance, website traffic, search rankings, leads, and sales, cannot be guaranteed. Failure to achieve a particular result does not, by itself, establish eligibility for a refund.

We will review your request and respond as promptly as reasonably possible. Any approved refund will be processed using the original payment method where possible, subject to payment-provider procedures.
